Terms of Service

The terms that govern AI Rap Video Song: accounts, credits, payments, acceptable use, content ownership, AI output disclaimers, and limitation of liability.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of airapvideosong.com and the AI Rap Video Song service ("the Service"), operated by AI Rap Video Song ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

AI Rap Video Song generates short rap music videos from text you provide (text-to-video) or from photos you upload (image-to-video). You choose a style preset, aspect ratio, duration, and resolution; we render a video and make it available for download as an MP4. Generation is performed by third-party AI models, and output quality may vary.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You may not create accounts to evade restrictions or abuse the Service.

3. Credits and payments

  • New accounts start with zero credits. We do not grant free sign-up credits; purchase credits before generating videos.
  • Generation consumes credits at the rates displayed in the Service at the time you confirm the generation. Credits are reserved when a generation starts; if a generation fails on our side or the model provider's side, the credits are automatically refunded to your balance.
  • Paid credit packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Purchased credits are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase and expire thereafter. Credits are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown before purchase and include no hidden fees; applicable taxes may be added by the processor.
  • Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create, upload, or distribute content that:

  • is illegal, or promotes illegal activity;
  • is defamatory, harassing, or incites violence or hatred;
  • infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property of others — including lyrics you do not own or have rights to;
  • depicts a real person without their consent, impersonates any person, or misuses anyone's face, likeness, or identity — including deepfakes of celebrities, public figures, or private individuals;
  • depicts or sexualizes minors in any way;
  • attempts to reverse-engineer, overload, or disrupt the Service or its underlying models.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without refund where the violation is serious or repeated.

5. Your content and your videos

  • Uploads. You retain all rights to the text, lyrics, and photos you upload. You represent that you own them or have the rights and consents needed to use them, including consent from any identifiable person in an uploaded photo.
  • Generated videos. As between you and us, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, the videos generated for you are yours. You may use them for personal and commercial purposes — posting, promotion, monetized content — subject to these Terms and the rights of any third parties whose material appears in your prompts.
  • License to us. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and transmit your uploads and generated videos solely to operate the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use your private content for advertising.
  • AI output disclaimer. Generated video is produced by probabilistic models. Output may occasionally resemble existing people, places, or copyrighted material by chance, and uniqueness of any output is not guaranteed. You are responsible for reviewing your videos before publishing them.

6. Service availability and changes

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it reliable, but we do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that any particular generation will meet your expectations. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred US dollars if you have paid nothing.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from content you upload or generate, your misuse of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the Service and other users. Provisions on ownership, disclaimers, liability, and indemnification survive termination.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and both parties consent to their jurisdiction.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
