AI Rap Video Song ("we", "us", "our") operates airapvideosong.com, a service that turns text or photos into AI-generated rap music videos. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. By using the service you agree to the practices described here.
What we collect
Account data. When you sign up we collect your email address and a securely hashed version of your password. Authentication is handled by an industry-standard auth library; we never store your password in plain text.
Uploaded photos. If you use image-to-video generation, you upload a photo (JPG, PNG, or WebP, up to 10MB). Photos are stored in private cloud storage, are not publicly accessible, and are used only to generate your videos.
Generated content. The videos you generate, the text prompts you enter, and your generation settings (style preset, aspect ratio, duration, resolution) are stored so you can view and re-download your results.
Payment data. Purchases are processed by Stripe. We never see, store, or have access to your full card number. We receive from Stripe only what is needed to confirm your purchase: transaction status, the last four digits of the card, and billing metadata.
Usage data. We keep records of credit balances, purchases, and generation history so your account works correctly and failed generations can be refunded automatically.
Cookies. We use cookies that are strictly necessary for authentication and session security. If we use analytics, they are used in aggregate to understand which pages are useful, not to build advertising profiles.
How we use your data
- To provide the service: authenticate you, store your credits, generate and store your videos.
- To process payments and prevent fraud.
- To operate the credit system, including automatic refunds when a generation fails.
- To respond to support requests you send us.
- To improve the product using aggregate, non-identifying usage patterns.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your uploaded photos or generated videos to advertise to you, and we do not share them publicly.
How uploaded photos and videos are stored
Media is stored in a private cloud bucket and served to you through authenticated endpoints. Uploaded photos and generated videos are private to your account by default. You can delete your uploads and generated videos from your account, and deletion removes them from active storage.
Third-party processors
We share the minimum data necessary with the providers that run the service:
- Stripe — payment processing. Stripe's own privacy policy governs the card data it handles.
- Cloudflare — hosting, database, media storage, and email delivery infrastructure.
- Video generation provider — the text prompts and images required to produce your videos are transmitted to the generation API that renders them.
Data retention and deletion
We retain account data while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by emailing support@airapvideosong.com from the address on the account. We will delete or anonymize personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must keep limited records for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.
Security
Passwords are stored hashed, media lives in private storage, and admin-level configuration is encrypted at rest. No system is perfectly secure, but we design for the principle that your photos and videos belong to you.
Children's privacy
The service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy materially, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email or in the product. The current version is always available on this page.
